2. What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and shows no advertising. Its fonts are hosted on the same server as the site, so opening a page makes no connection to Google or any other font service.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the site and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data every time a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cloudflare may process this data in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on which transfers are based (Art. 45 GDPR). More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Videos from YouTube

The work page contains videos hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when you open the page. A video is only loaded after you press its play button, and then through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Once you press play, data including your IP address is sent to Google, and Google may set cookies and transfer data to the United States. By pressing play you consent to this, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Links to other websites

This site links to Instagram, YouTube, Hypebeast and Waschhaus. No data is sent to these sites until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

6. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use the details you send, such as your name, email address and message, only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a booking or collaboration, and otherwise our legitimate interest in replying, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Berlin this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
